You may have committed yourself to change a thought, an attitude, or to start a new venture and said to yourself, “I’ll give it a try”, and without even realizing it, you have already created an alibi for failure. Your action was not very powerful because it is as if you said to yourself before you even started: “I tried… but I couldn’t do it”.

Ask yourself if you really wanted to do that action, to have that change. There is no such thing as trying: “Either you do or you don’t”. Only by doing this will you be able to understand later whether you have achieved your goal or whether there is something to improve.
